What is included in the monthly rate?

WIFI, power, water, gas, and smart T.V.'s to connect to your favorite streaming services.

Furnishings, linens, towels, kitchenware, coffee, appliances, washer and dryer.

No cable, food, or clothing.

What else do you offer?

Cleaning Services: $99 per cleaning

Venue Space: $99 per hour

Invest in Real Estate Training (one-on-one): $99 per hour
